BI Publisher Not Receiving Updates from Instantis (Doc ID 2697369.1)

After Setting Cron Job for Data Models that have been created in the Instantis Instance, data is not incrementally updated with daily job run.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Incremental updates to run when "Enable Cron" is set and daily job is ran.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Access as Default Application Administrator

Select All Entities,
Select D rop and recreate all entities
When drop and recreate message appears as completed,
Select All entities
Make sure you set "Enable Cron" to have the Data refreshed daily with the daily job.

Result: Checked a couple days and data is not automatically updated.
