Order Cancels from OMS not Updating Logfire WMS (Doc ID 2697372.1)

Symptoms

Order Cancels from OMS were not reaching Logfire WMS and hence status was not getting changed to 'cancelled' in Logfire WMS for the customer orders which are fully cancelled in OMS.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create a order in OMS
2. Make sure it gets brokered to WMS
3. Cancel the order in OMS
4. Check that the updates are not reaching WMS
