Symptoms
User is getting the following error when trying to access BI Catalog:
Error 500--Internal Server Error

Running forgetAccounts and/or renameAccounts process does not resolve the error.
Changes
Multiple changes were made to the user account and it is now corrupted on the Fusion Application server.
