Applies to:
Oracle Retail Integration Cloud Service - Version 19.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
When Customer Order is published using RIB-EXT, it fails in USM during transformation:
Error: Error parsing XML: ListOfOrders is not a valid field.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Publish customer order via RIB-EXT with family='CustomerOrder' (CODesc).
2. Customer Order is successfully transformed to SOCre by RIB-TAFR and sent to USM.
2. SOCre fails in USM with the error.
Note that only the SOCre that is transformed from CODesc fails. The SOCre generated from Transfer or Allocations is processed correctly.
