Symptoms
Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service (EICS) does not allow the user to open an inventory adjustment and stock count authorization transactions dialog from the 'Transaction History' screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch EICS web client.
2. Go to Tasks > Inventory Management > Transaction History.
3. Search for Inventory Adjustments.
4. Select one of the records listed.
5. No dialog box opened.
