Webservice Call to Modify PO Fails due to PO Record being Locked (Doc ID 2697805.1)

Goal

When PurchaseOrderManagementBeanPortBinding > modifyHeader SoapUI web service call is invoked, it is successful but it does not complete the processing (commit) for 2-3 minutes.

If you invoke modifyHeader one more time, it fails with faultstring "Table SVC_ORDHEAD with key values %s2 , %s3 is locked by another user."

If you invoke modifyDetail SoapUI web service call within the 2-3 minutes after invoking modifyHeader, it fails with faultstring "The record containing Order Number %s1 is locked by another user and cannot be updated.".
