Users Unable To See Unmapped GL Record Notification On The ReSA Notification Dashboard (Doc ID 2697918.1)

Symptoms

Unmapped GL Record notifications are not visible to business users with SALES_AUDIT_ANALYST_JOB in RAAC.


Steps to replicate:

1. Setup 1 user  USER1 with RAAC_NOTIFICATION_MANAGE_PRIVILEGE privilege via - RESA_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB as part of ADMIN_CONSOLE_DUTY
2. Setup another user USER2 that only has SALES_AUDIT_ANALYST_JOB
3. Login to ReSA and check the notifications page

When checking with Admin user USER1 Unmapped GL Record notifications can be seen
When checking with business user USER2 Notifications cannot be seen
