Symptoms

While trying to restart the agent, log file shows the following error:

 [SEVERE] [Alert Type - INV_CRED] [Invalid OIC credentials causing agent startup failures.] [Alert Action - Use valid OIC credentials when (re)starting agent.] [Alert Source - XYZ {Error=HTTP 401 Unauthorized}
