Symptoms

When attempting to upload the Forgotten Password or the New Account email template, the following error occurs.

Forgotten Password Templates were not installed. The following errors were found:

OR

New Account (Account_registration_v1) were not installed. The following errors were found:

Template 'html_body.ftl' referenced an invalid field 'data.id'.
Template 'html_body.ftl' referenced an invalid field 'data.resetPasswordLink'.
