Loading a Business Process Record in Unifier Takes More than a Minute (Doc ID 2698367.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Loading a Business Process (BP) record takes more than a minute in a Cloud-hosted environment. (Note: The business process contains hundreds of data elements on the form, each data element contains hundreds of data items in the drop down.)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The BP record should load in less than a minute.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Unifier.
2. Open the affected Project / Shell.
3. Navigate to the affected Business Process folder.
4. Click New.
5. Observe the reported issue.
