Fusion BI Publisher Sending report to UCM returned an error with a VIRUS SCAN message regarding the UCM (Doc ID 2698588.1)

At a given time, when sending BI Publisher reports to UCM Server there were some error messages, now its working:

"Exception happened when delivery document to wcc deliver API call throw ProcessingException"
" oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: Content item (null) was not successfully checked in. An error occurred during virus scanning operation on Content Server.

Please provide Root Cause Analysis for this error.
