Unable To Start DCS Chat (Doc ID 2698724.1)

Symptoms

End user launch the Digital Customer Service Chat from DCS sample page and notice the message as "Unable to Start Chat".

The network.har file shows the error as  "Chat blocked by CORS policy: Request header field authorization is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Headers"
