Symptoms

 SFTP transmission is ending in error and bank statement cannot be loaded.

Process log contains the error:  "oracle.apps.financials.payments.sharedSetup.transmissions.publicModel.util.SecureFTPGetFunction::java.io.FileNotFoundException: /temp/........TXT (No such file or directory)"
