Symptoms

When attempting to access the 'Manage Resources' UI page via Collections Dashboard the following error occurs:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 312, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as8_03, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP

Additionally, even if the error is not encountered, within Manage Resources no data is displayed.
