Mass Change Location Attributes Not Updating Unit Cost When Changing Primary Supplier Site (Doc ID 2699018.1)

Symptoms

Mass Change to the Location Attributes is not updating the Unit Cost for the items even though the Primary Supplier Site has been successfully updated.

Steps to Reproduce :
1. Select an item with multiple suppliers,and different supplier unit costs.
2. Navigate to Manage items
Actions -> Mass Change Item/Location
3. Change the Supplier
select Country of sourcing
4. Apply changes to All Locations
5. Click Save and Close

Result:
ITEM_LOC_SOH.UNIT_COST is not updated to the new supplier cost
ITEM_LOC.PRIMARY_SUPP was correctly updated
