Can Not Find Any Transactions From Participant Snapshot , Search Results Is No results found. (Doc ID 2699024.1)

Symptoms

Participant has earnings and credits but can not find any base transactions.

STEPS

1. Participant Snapshot > Select Participant ( eg. Rep2 ) > Manage Transactions
    Search on date range ( 1/1/19 - 12/31/19 ) , get No results found.

 

2. However, in the Manage Credits, user can see the transactions.
