ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Problem when Updating and Deleting a SOAP Connection with an invalid zip file

There is a problem when trying to modify and delete a SOAP Connection,which isn't fully configured and when clicking any of those actions OIC doesn't respond

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
That the UI would allow for the connection to be updated to correct the zip file
