REST API Authentication Throws Error "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel" (Doc ID 2699040.1)

When attempt to authenticate using REST API login (/ccadmin/v1/login) from a .NET application, the following error occurs.

The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel

This error does not occur with Google Chrome application such as Postman.


Oracle updated TLS cipher suites offered to CX Commerce Services:

Non-production environments on July 16, 2020.
Prod environments on Aug 1, 2020.
