Removing A Duplicate Industry Causes Pop Error on Account (Doc ID 2699060.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to remove the Duplicate Classification Code from Accounts UI
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
You can't create a classification for this time period because it overlaps with the time period of an existing classification. (HZ-120250)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Accounts screen remove the Duplicate Classification code.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot remove the duplicate classification code
