The issue can be reproduced at will with the following
Ran the below processes in order to validate.

1. Process Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries
2. Run Collections Delinquency Management
3. Run Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment
4. Run Update Collections Summary Data
