ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Web Reports to get Billing Information and Inventory History shows different inventory history data than the expected.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the Instance.
2. Navigate to Web Reports UI.
3. Create a report with required categories and joins.
4. Add Required filters to fetch particular data.
5. Upon execution, observe that the results are different than expected.
6. Try different joins and Message "No Data Qualified" will appear.
