Selected Opportunity Account Is Invalid MOO-450280 (Doc ID 2699282.1)

We are getting error when trying to create an oppotunity and associating account to it -

1. Search account, if not found, create account and warning page appears where duplicate account is displayed.
2. Users select the existing account already present in the system and doesnt create a new one and attach it to Opportunity
3. Click on save opportunity - its throwing error - "selected opportunity account is invalid MOO-450280 , Cause: Account selected or passed is not valid. Action:select a valid account to proceed"
Issue is happening only for one account.
