Symptoms

When attempting to remove an OBS element from users via the Users page –> Project Access tab, the following onscreen error occurs:

ERROR

Unable to save changes
Failed saving users’ data

ADDITIONAL

When attempting to remove the users from the OBS elements in the OBS page –> Users tab, no error message appears, but, the removal is not saved.

The P6WebAccess.html log file shows the following error:

<MementoMessage{formattedMessage='Unable to determine table owner defaulting to privuser', format='Unable to determine table owner defaulting to privuser', parameters=[]}> java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Attempt to remove OBS element from a user.
  2. Observe reported error.
