Why Is The Inbound Shipment (ASN) In Receiving Started After Everything Is Received? (Doc ID 2699854.1)

Symptoms

On : 20.2 version, Core Product Functionality

ASN has all units received.  Why is it in "Receiving Started"status?

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Created ASN: ASN001 for 100 Units of item: Item001.
2. Received 100 Units in LPN001.
3. ASN went to status Receiving Complete.
4. Using "Modify LPN" reduced LPN001 from 100units to 50units.
5. ASN went to status: Receiving started.
6. Attempted to receive the remaining 50 Units in LPN: LPN002.
7. WMS throws the message "El detalle de envio no incluye esta LPN mostrada" (According to Google this means, "The shipping detail does not include this LPN."
8. Using CTRL+A accept the message.
9. Receive the remaining 50 units into LPN002.
10.Status of the ASN remains in "Receiving Started."

ERROR

 "El detalle de envio no incluye esta LPN mostrada" English: "The shipping detail does not include this LPN"
