Error: Unable to create Business Process record, One or more records contain errors When Creating BP Record Through Mobile App (Doc ID 2699914.1)

On : Unifier Mobile 20.1

When creating Business Process (BP) records using Unifier app in iPhone or Android, the following error occurs:


Unable to create Business Process record. one or more records contain errors
field [FIELD_NAME] has invalid value: [VALUE] is not a valid value for field [FIELD_NAME].

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier using mobile app
  2. Go to problem BP
  3. Tap on "+" icon
  4. Enter all the mandatory fields
  5. Tap on "Send" and attempt to send record.
