Unable To Create BP Record in Mobile App When BP Form Has an Integer Pull Down DE (Doc ID 2699949.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier Mobile 20.1

When creating Business Process (BP)  record when the BP form has an integer pull down data element (DE), users receive the following error: 

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to update Business Process record. One or more records contain errors.
[NUMBER] is not a valid value for field: [FIELD_NAME]

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Unifier using Mobile app
2. Tap appropriate BP that has at least one integer pull down DE
3. Tap on "+" icon
4. Enter all the mandatory fields
5. Tap on "Send" and attempt to send record
