On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account Creation and Update using Import Management Failed with below error.

"ERROR","Exception in Enrichment : java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20990: Exception occured in INVOKE_ENRICHMENT_PROC Caused by : ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at ""FUSION.ZCA_STD_IMPORT_ENRICHMENT"", line 2745

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Account Import should complete successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Tools > Import Management>
2. Submit an Import Job for Accounts

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create/update Account Records
