Symptoms

OCI DB System patching failed with the below error

"The database host services are unavailable or not in the active state. Please refer to the following MOS note and restart services - "How to Manage and Check Health of DBSystem and Related Services in OCI (Doc ID 2678285.1)" Please contact Oracle support with the workrequest id updateDbSystemPatch-f93a2eeb-24e3-44a9-9352-9eea2a3d973a-ocid1.dbsystem.oc1.iad.abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz to determine and fix the problem. "
