Goal

How to upload Journal approval Rules using Spreadsheet without combining rules based on the approver?

Created 10 different rules in the Journal Approval sample template. but when loaded into the system, only 5 rules have got created. Upon reviewing the rules found that the system has clubbed the approval rules based on the approver.

The requirement is to have the rules created as they are loaded, the reason is to set the priority for the rules.
