Exchange Rate Does Not Exist Error During Item Creation (Doc ID 2700333.1)

Symptoms

Exchange rate does not exist error during item creation in item expenses screen when EURO currency not setup in the  system.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open RMS application.
  2. Navigate to Mange Items>More actions>Supplier>Country of Sourcing.
  3. Click on Expenses, add lading port and discharge port and click on OK.
  4. Notice that the error displayed as "Exchange rate does not exist".
