Oracle CX Mobile App - Assets On Account (Doc ID 2700366.1)

Symptoms

Problem:

Go to Mobile app composer, While  configuring the CX Mobile App, Add Assets as an object. Then add  Assets to the Account Detail page at the bottom as related to Account.
Expecting to see the Assets on the account. When on an Account to be able to click the Assets and view all the assets on the Account.
But It’s read no Assets when  click the Assets on the bottom of the Account Details page.

Cause

To view full details, sign in with your My Oracle Support account.
