System Error When Attempting to Edit or Copy a User Defined Report (UDR)

Unifier System Error received, when attempting to Edit or Copy a User Defined Report (UDR) at the Company Level.
Note: When attempting to Run the report it just appears to display the processing window with no error and no results.
"Unifier Notification The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Log into the Unifier environment.
- Navigate to Company Workspace > User Mode > Reports > User-Defined > Find and select report name "UDR1" > Click "gear" icon and select "Copy" or "Edit" and both result in the error noted above displayed in the User Interface (UI).
- With the report selected, click "Run" or try to double-click on the report and this results in the processing circle with 3 white dots, no error, no results even after waiting 5 Minutes+.
