Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Customer Billing (Transactions)

Unable to Complete AR invoice - invalid account combination error.
 

ERROR
-----------------------
The Transaction is associated with at least one invalid or closed transaction distribution. Enter a valid distribution. (AR-855039)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Transaction.
2. Try to Complete the transaction -> Error Pops-up
3. Go to Actions > Review Distribution > Populate the same account segments
4. Try to complete the tranasaction
5. Transaction goes to completed state.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete transactions.
