Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to to perform E_signature and complete the task, the following error occurs.

You can't enter an issue date because it isn't relevant for this document type. (PER-1530975).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employment Contract Document Type is created
2. Data Model is developed to fetch the data dynamically
3. RTF template is created with the required Content
4. Checklist template is setup with type onboarding and a task is setup with e-signature.
5.When the checklist is assigned to an employee, employee is able to view the document. But when trying to submit the error occurs.
