Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

In a Request For Bid (RFB) type Business Process record, when sending a Bid Invitation to a new bidder for the first time:

Expected Result

The bidder should receive two e-mail notifications, one with the bid invite information and one with sign in credentials.

Actual Result

The bidder only receives the invite e-mail notification. The e-mail notification with the sign in credentials is never received and the bidder is not added to the Cloud Administration application.
