Symptoms
You report that the Date Format in the Dashboard prompt is showing as MM/DD/YYYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY
You have changed the column properties of the date column as custom to show DD/MM/YYYY and saved it as system-wide default for the column.
However, the Dashboard prompt for Date continues to show as MM/DD/YYYY
