Symptoms
Unable to remove the Primary Item Reference Ind from the previous UPC
Steps:
1. Open a parent item with 2 reference items associated one of them is primary reference item.
2. Click on the check box to flip the primary reference item between the 2.
3. after a few times, try to uncheck the primary reference.
Actual result:
Both items are checked as primary reference, PRIMARY_REF_ITEM_IND = 'Y' for both items.
When trying to uncheck one to keep only one as primary, an error is shown "To change the Primary Reference Item, select the checkbox for another item."
Expected result:
Only 1 item should be selected at any time
