Goal

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Microsoft Office 365

Office 365 : Appointments sync from Office 365 , few fields become read-only in Cloud

Customer has issue when the Appointment which are synced from office 365 to Sales Cloud, some of the fields such as Opportunity, Lead etc. become read - only in Sales cloud
