On :  11.13.20.04.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer is unable to see the Contact's Service Request sub tab and Service Request Overview infolet applet when they are in a sandbox but can when they are on the mainline DEV/TEST environment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer should be able to view Contact's Service Request sub tab and Service Request Overview infolet applet when they are in a sandbox

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Activate Sandbox

2. Navigate to Contact

3. Notice the subtab and infolet for Service Request is missing.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see Service request object on Contact object in a sandbox.
