Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Customer Payments (Receipts) - Test Environment
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Trying to generate Automatic Receipts for Direct Debit. The process ends successfully and the "Generate Automatic Receipt Creation or Receipt Remittance Log" is showing all the transactions.
When the Batch is "Approved and Format" the process runs successfully with Blank Output and no receipts are generated in the system.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Create Automatic Receipt Batch
2. Check the output Automatic Receipt Creation and approval Execution Report
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create Automatic Receipts.
