Symptoms

Not Able to Trigger the Individual Jobs from Nightly Cycle or Adhoc Cycle after the recent Upgrade.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1. Login to POM. Navigate to Batch Monitoring.
2. Select Nighly Cycle fpr e.g.
3. Select a single job from the Nightly cycle. Note run option is disabled.

Changes

 After upgrading to Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Services 19.0.007.
