Exporting data from a flat file to an Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service(EPBCS) application failing with an error message: 

"The specified member is not valid for this plan type: " on every dimension,

and

"Ignoring data record 9, number of header record fields (4) does not match the number of data record fields (5). Check delimiter setting and record fields."
