Import metadata in Oracle Analytics Administration Client Tool fails with below error when try to connect Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) database :

The connection has failed.
[nQSError:17014] Could not connect to Oracle database.
[nQSError:17026] Oracle Error code:12541, message:ORA-12541:TNS:no listener at OCI call OCIServerAttach
