Able To Add Attachments Via My Computer in General Comments

When adding attachments in a Document type Business Process (BP) that does not have My Computer checked in the attachment source upper form properties, users are able to select from my computer in the General Comments.
Users should not be able to select attachments from My Computer in General Comments. They should only have the option to select from Document Manager.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to Unifier
- Navigate to appropriate shell > Document Type BP
- Click Create
- In the Comments tab on right hand side, click on the paperclip button, select Browse.
- Notice the source in the drop down in the bottom left hand corner shows From My Computer. If users click on browse button they can select from My Computer
- users are able to add attachments from My Computer even though this option is not selected in the BP's upper form properties in uDesigner.
