Symptoms

Unable to Post Individual Balance Adjustment for Employees that Had Global Transfer on first Employee (EE) Record.

Unable to Perform Individual Balance Adjustment for Employees that Had Global Transfer on first EE Record before termination date. Received warning message that says "You cannot create a balance adjustment for an employee who is not assigned to a payroll". But you cannot submit the adjustment
