Goal

- Performing OSB>>OIC Migration. Earlier they were handling business service with the throttling concept in OSB.
- In OSB, Business service was accepting requests one by one not in parallel (After first request's response is received, then the second request gets processed)
- Not seeing the throttling concept in OIC
