Symptoms

On : CCS 20A build 27, Credit and Collections

Issue script 'C1CAGYXPR' for non-premise based SA .

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
script 'C1CAGYXPR' step 40, is trying to read 'C1-PremiseBasic' BO with the premiseId obtained from the Write off Process's active SA's premiseId or account's Active SA's premiseId, this validation will always fail in scenario where the SA is non-premise SA type.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a collection agency referral on account with non- premise SA
2. Ran C1-CAGYX batch
