Goal

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Customer Billing (Transactions)

Credit Reviews data is not appearing for Credit Manager role user (UserName: X) where as it appears for a different user: Y.
It appears only if any credit analyst reassign to this user (UserName:X), suppose to display all credit reviews.
