Is Scaling Up Orderer is Supported for Standard Edition Instances ? (Doc ID 2702365.1)

Goal

According to  below document of OBP Gen2

For the Standard Edition instance, one cannot add another orderer Node after provisioning the instance but their is an option available to do the same in console 

So is scaling up  of Orderer is supported or not for Standard Edition instance?
