Goal

On : NA version, MICC Transfer to TSC

Error in On Demand Read Scalar Multispeak

When the on demand scalar command is initiated from the device, the activity is created, communication is created in Pending status, but there is an error in the log:
Transition from status Validate to status Awaiting Response failed by Enter plug-in (D3-COBMODRM) - 20.

And the communication is not sent out to the head end system.
